My Grandfather, Marciano Chavez, came to the USA from Mexico in the early 1900s fleeing, war, famine, and disease (Spanish Flu). He lost his two younger brothers, a sister, his mom, and his dad within an 18-month span. The picture depicts him next to his house in South Texas. He was extremely proud and grateful for becoming a US citizen.
Over the years, he scraped enough money to buy a small plot of land and a couple of cows to start a small Dairy business that eventually grew into a small successful neighborhood Grocery Store in Jim Hogg County, South Texas.
I grew up helping my Grandfather in his Grocery business. I came to understand that treating people with respect, and honesty while providing a consistent and solid work ethic is what endures over time.
Today we follow similar values of my Grandfather: respect, honesty, work ethic, and diversity to help both our clients and our candidates. We feel these values will endure and provide substantial value to our clients and candidates.
